Shikhar Bhargava is currently based on Oslo, Norway working for Norsk Hydro as Director, Digital Innovation Management & Portfolio Lead, Digital Transformation Office (DTO). Shikhar is core member of Hydro’s Digital Transformation Office. Shikhar has 20+ years of IT experience primarily in manufacturing industries. His experience includes IT service delivery, large scale global project management, IT strategy design & deployment and organizational transformation using IT / Digital levers. Shikhar has proven abilities to work, communicate and lead global teams in highly matrix organizations.
Prior to his DTO role, Shikhar was leading IT delivery teams for Hydro’s North American Extrusion business for whom Wabash is one of the key customers. Shikhar is fortunate to have collaborated with Wabash in past on Hydro’s learnings from Cyber-attack and digital transformation journey.
