Joseph Lukacs is the Global Director of Fleet Operations for The Sherwin-Williams Company. Joe has been with the company for 28 years and held a variety of roles in Supply Chain, Operations and Logistics. As a fleet veteran and a Six Sigma Black Belt, he has made a career of developing and executing strategies at the highest levels and has driven process improvements and cost savings in multiple organizations both domestically and globally. Joe currently manages a mixed commercial fleet of SUVs, Vans, Cargo Vans and trucks totaling over 8,400 vehicles in the US and another 3,500+ worldwide. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Joe is known for being a fleet innovator and has served on multiple Advisory Boards in different capacities.
