He is currently the Director of Global Accounts and Outside Sales Management at Ryerson, where his strategic vision and customer-centric approach have made him a respected industry leader.
Throughout his career, Jess has demonstrated a keen ability to understand and meet the evolving needs of customers. His tenure as Director of Regional Sales and his certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt underscore his commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in sales processes and customer interactions. His extensive experience also includes roles as Outside Sales Manager and Inside Sales Manager, in which he built and led high-performing sales teams that consistently exceeded targets.
