Dr. Michel Buffet is a Senior Client Partner and Top Team Performance Lead for Korn Ferry. He advises CEOs and senior executives on defining and executing strategies to unlock the full potential of their teams and organizations in service of value creation and greater organizational well-being. Michel has expertise across a variety of practices including leadership team development, assessment and development, executive and onboarding coaching, organizational design and change management. He has worked with talent acquisition and leadership development teams to implement best-in-class solutions that drive performance and transformation. Michel has over 25 years of experience working with senior leaders and their teams across several industries including life science, luxury retail, industrial goods, and professional services. He is a frequent public speaker on topics of enterprise leadership and top teams. Michel holds a PhD in organizational psychology from Columbia University and a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Paris. He is a Board member of the French American Chamber of Commerce in New York where he chairs the Human Resources and Mobility Committee. Michel is also a former president and board member of the Metropolitan New York Association of Applied Psychology (METRO) and an active member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He lives in Princeton, NJ.
