Adam Ashley has a 30-year career in refrigerated and frozen food supply chain beginning with refrigerated transportation and then public refrigerated warehousing. He served in various roles including Transportation Management, Project Management, Business Development and Operations Management. Adam has been involved with project application of several key innovations within U.S. Cold Storage to include automation, labor management standards, and wearable tech and AI for safety. He currently serves as Area Director, Midwest leading and supporting the operations of three distribution centers in Illinois and Indiana with a fourth being constructed in NW Indiana.
