GNA Program Manager
Emma is a Program Manager with GNA. Her work focuses on tracking alternative fuel and zero-emission vehicle funding and policies, and supporting fleets and equipment manufacturers with grant applications, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance.
She brings a range of experiences in transportation management, air quality, and clean energy policy from the public, non-profit, and private transportation sectors, having worked for a top ten global logistics provider. Emma earned master’s degrees in Environmental Management and Public Policy from Duke University and holds a political science degree from UNC Charlotte.
