Brooke Reddington

Brooke Reddington’s expertise is exemplified through her ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders and bring them together to achieve outstanding results under ambiguous circumstances. As the Chief Human Capital Officer at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, Brooke is responsible for guiding over 5,000 team members, a reach of over 300,000 lives, and serving on multiple advisory boards consisting of business leaders throughout the Charlotte, North Carolina region. Her leadership has been tremendously impactful due to her strong business acumen and strategic focus.

Brooke arrived at her work ethic and people-centric, servant leadership style through her upbringing and diverse work experience. Raised in Alabama she had the values of hard work, empathy for others, and personal accountability imprinted within her. After graduating from the University of Alabama, Brooke’s career spanned the retail and hospitality industries in operations, human resources, and executive leadership throughout the Northeast, Southeast, and Midwest. Simultaneously, Brooke returned to graduate school and earned her masters degree in business administration with an additional focus in human resources.

Serving as an operational and human resources leader in the retail, hospitality, and non-profit spaces has exposed Brooke to an immense variety of challenges, opportunities, people, and initiatives. These experiences have created a library of knowledge that uniquely positions Brooke to accomplish three independent initiatives simultaneously:  inspire people, drive profits, and shepherd the organization’s culture.
