A high-energy change agent with proven results, Amy is a multitalented and altruistic business leader. Organizations seek her expertise on change leadership, strategic planning, effective goal setting, and mentorship.

Throughout her career, Amy has passionately led collaborative change initiatives and advocated for mentorship programs that complement existing professional development platforms. She is a dynamic public speaker and tireless networker, both in-person and on LinkedIn with an eclectic career path unlike most CPAs, including a role in sales.

A founding member of Chief, a private network of executive women, she is actively involved in this network as a connector and mentor. Amy is a Board Member for the Greater Washington Society of CPAs and serves as Chair of this society’s Women’s Leadership Committee. She is an active member of Charlotte’s Women’s Impact Fund and the North Carolina Association of CPAs Women’s Initiative.

Amy earned her B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she was a student-athlete on the University’s first PSAC Championship Women’s Soccer Team. As a lifelong athlete, she is working on a goal of completing a road race in each of the 50 states.

A proud Keystone State native with an MBA from Penn State University, she is a CPA with active licensure in Pennsylvania with reciprocity in North Carolina. After several years in the DC Metro area, Amy returned to the Queen City in 2021 where she is continuing her professional education through UNC Charlotte’s DBA program.
