Vice President, Head of Employee Experience, TIAA
Amanda Crafton is the head of Associate Experience at TIAA. In this role, Amanda is responsible for the creation and implementation of TIAA’s associate experience strategy, optimizing the work environment by putting associates at the center of everything we do. Prior to this role, Amanda was the head of TIAA’s Enterprise Inclusion Programs, leading the strategy to create a sense of value, purpose, and belonging for all at TIAA.
Amanda has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Information Technology, and Education – including strategy & execution, program, project, & change management, process optimization, diversity and inclusion, employee experience, coaching, and learning/facilitation across multiple industries.
During Amanda’s tenure with TIAA, she has implemented solutions across all major lines of business, as well as numerous enterprise-wide change initiatives. Prior to joining TIAA, Amanda was a consultant with Accenture and other smaller firms working with Bank of America and Wells Fargo in Charlotte, NC. She also spent several years working for Lowe’s Companies, Inc. leading critical efforts for Human Resource and Store Operations. Amanda began her career as an educator with the Caldwell County NC school system.
Amanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Graduate Certificate in Information Systems, both from Appalachian State University
